Summary : The RSA-15, Report of Vending Facility Program, is the data collection instrument for the Randolph-Sheppard Vending Facility Program. In most agencies, fiscal and program staff complete the RSA-15. Recently, the RSA-15 was revised and an overview of the new form and instructions will be provided primarily in the context of using the RSA Management Information System.The presenter will guide attendees through the online completion of the RSA 15.
